These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RINGO (the "Service") available at https://ringo.sh. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. 1. The Service The Service provides writing tools (including "Workspace"), publishing and reading experiences (including "Resonance"), and AI-assisted features (including echooo). 2. Eligibility You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. The Service is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required by local law). 3. Accounts and Security You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. 4. Your Content You retain ownership of the content you create, upload, or store on the Service ("User Content"). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, and display your User Content solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Service and to provide it to you. If you publish User Content to public areas (such as Resonance), you understand that it may be publicly accessible and shared by others. 5. Acceptable Use You agree not to: - violate any applicable law or infringe the rights of others; - misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems; - upload malware or interfere with security or integrity; - use the Service to harass, threaten, or abuse others. 6. AI-Assisted Features AI-generated output may be inaccurate or incomplete and should not be relied upon as professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing and using any AI output. Do not submit sensitive information in prompts (such as passwords, government IDs, or highly sensitive personal data). 7. Third-Party Services The Service may rely on third-party services (for example, analytics, email delivery, hosting, or AI providers). Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them. 8. Suspension and Termination We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, or if necessary to protect the Service, users, or third parties. You may stop using the Service at any time. 9. Disclaimers THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. 10. Limitation of Liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. 11. Changes We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect the latest version.
